Program Description
Sixteen weeks is the sweet spot for contest prep: long enough to diet at a sustainable rate and protect your hard-earned muscle, short enough to stay focused from day one. That's why this is the package most of our competitors choose — and the one behind most of the results you see on this site.
Your prep starts with a deep intake: training history, current physique, metabolism, food preferences, schedule, and the specific look your division rewards. From that we build your full periodized plan — training, nutrition, and cardio — and then manage it week by week through 1:1 check-ins. As the show gets close, check-ins get more frequent and the adjustments get finer.
Posing is coached throughout the prep, not crammed into the last fortnight, because presentation is a skill that takes reps. And your final week is handled with a complete peak-week protocol plus a show-day plan, so you walk into the venue knowing exactly what to do, hour by hour.
Throughout it all, you have direct chat access to your coach seven days a week. When something unexpected happens — and in sixteen weeks, something always does — you'll never be guessing alone.
