Program Description

The last four weeks of a prep are where shows are won and lost. Conditioning either comes together or it doesn't, and the margin for error shrinks every day. This package exists for exactly that window: you've done the hard dieting on your own, and now you want an experienced coach managing the variables that matter most at the end.

We start with a full assessment of where you are — physique photos, current diet, cardio, and training — and map the remaining weeks backwards from your show date. From there, you check in daily during the final two weeks so we can react immediately to how your body responds. Peak week is planned in detail: water, sodium, and carbohydrate manipulation tailored to how you actually look day by day, never a copy-paste protocol.

You'll also get posing review with video feedback and a complete show-day plan covering meal timing, pump-up routine, and backstage logistics — so the only thing left to do on stage is show the work.
