Program Description

Two months out is a make-or-break point in any prep. You still have enough runway to fix conditioning, but only if every training block, every macro adjustment, and every cardio session is placed deliberately. The 8-Week Prep Package gives you that precision without you having to guess at any of it.

Every week you submit check-in photos, weight trends, and biofeedback (sleep, hunger, energy, strength). We review everything and send back your adjustments — nutrition, cardio, and training — usually within 24 hours. Your plan is never static: it responds to your body, week after week, so you keep moving toward stage condition at the right pace.

Between check-ins you have direct chat access to your coach for the questions that come up in real life: restaurant menus, unexpected travel, a lift that isn't moving. It's a full prep partnership compressed into eight focused weeks.
