Program Description
Most coaching programs are built for people whose lives revolve around training. Lifestyle Coaching is built for everyone else — people with demanding jobs, families, travel, and a genuine desire to get strong and lean without turning their life into a spreadsheet.
Your training plan is written around the equipment you actually have and the days you can actually train, whether that's a full gym five days a week or a pair of dumbbells at home three mornings before work. Nutrition works the same way: flexible targets built around foods you enjoy, with no forbidden lists and no plastic-container martyrdom. If it fits your life, you'll stick to it — and consistency is what transforms physiques.
Every two weeks we review your progress and adjust the plan, and between check-ins you can message your coach whenever a question comes up. The three-month minimum exists because that's how long real habit change takes; most clients stay far longer, because the results compound.
